The personal data that OPEN MINDS SRL processes lawfully and in accordance with fairness to provide its online services concern: personal data, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses. In particular, we inform you of the following:

PURPOSE

Processing related to the web services of this site is handled exclusively by OPEN MINDS SRL and internal collaborators of the company corlu1979.it. No data from the web service is communicated or disclosed to third parties. Personal data provided by users who submit requests for services are used only to perform the service or presentation requested and are not communicated to third parties unless the communication is imposed by legal obligations or is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of requests.

DATA CUSTODY

The data are kept by OPEN MINDS SRL. Data custody avviane directly on the servers hosting the sites of the same.

DATA TRANSFERThe management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located within the European Union of the Data Controller and/or third party companies appointed and duly appointed as Data Processors. The data will not be transferred outside the European Union. It is in any case understood that the Data Controller, should it become necessary, will have the right to move the location of the servers to Italy and/or the European Union .

COMMUNICATION

OPEN MINDS SRL processes the personal data you provide for the sole purpose of enabling you to take advantage of the relevant services; the data are not subject to communication and/or dissemination to third parties. Access to your personal data will be allowed only to the owner and those responsible for data management who have been designated as "appointees" of the treatment in accordance with Art. 30 of the Privacy Code in order to offer support to users in relation to the services offered, to respond to requests from Judicial Authorities. A special note for minors: minors under the age of 18 cannot use our services; therefore, they should not provide any of their personal information in the registration process. If you are under 18 years of age, you cannot use our services, as they are intended only for an audience of 18 years of age or older.Any registration of users under the age of 18 will be deleted without notice.
